Located on the edge of a picturesque cliff, the "Tower of the Seven Friars" takes its name from the seven rock formations that emerge from the water, similar to friars in prayer. This unique and charming tower is surrounded by legend. It is said that a woman, in love with a fisherman, was chased by her seven brothers who were trying to prevent her from escaping. The gods, moved by their situation, turned the brothers into stone, leaving them forever in the sea.

Blue Sky Design House

Once a humble fishermen's home, Blue Sky Design House has transformed into a luxurious retreat while retaining its rich history. In the area now home to the private spa, the fishermen once stored boats used for tuna fishing. Nestled beside an old tonnara, where the tuna were processed, the house still echoes the maritime heritage of Sicily's north coast, blending timeless tradition with modern elegance.

Casa Rais

Casa del Rais is nestled on the rocks beneath Solanto Castle and takes its name from the Rais, the chief of the tuna fishermen. This is a historic home and ancient Rais residence that is also used for tuna watching and giving a sign of the beginning of Mattanza. Today, old Rais' house has been completely renovated with standard and comfort of pure design that make it unique.

Casa Mamà

Casa Mamà, once a fishermen's home, sits on the northern coast of Sicily with stunning views and private access to a platform on the Solanto rocks. Historically, this charming house was the starting point for daily tuna fishing trips, with catches delivered to the nearby tonnara. Today, Casa Mamà has been elegantly renovated to offer a luxurious stay, featuring a panoramic terrace, a hot tub, and access to canoes and SUPs.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. The dream of coming back here after a wonderful week last summer got us through a hard year. The house has everything you need, including a great kitchen and dining space where we shared so many memorable meals. But the sea! The sea is the real draw and we spent as much time as we could swimming & snorkeling. The hosts are so wonderful & had many great recommendations. See you next year!

Casa Mamà

This was by far one of my favorite rentals I've made all over the world. My favorite part was the private beach and tanning area! If you love the water - this is the house for you! The space was very updated (the kitchen is insanely modern and upscale!!!) and the outdoor living area of this home sold it. It was impeccable.

Few words can describe the slice of postcard perfectness this house on a hill conveys! A beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by ocean on all sides and state of the art amenities at the home made for a wonderful stay. A stones throw away from 2 private beaches made for a sanctuary from the crowds of Cefalù. A must do and highly recommend!
